Think it will still play fine enough. There is always a bottleneck. Sure it might not give it's full potential, but the word bottleneck has so much unneeded  and meaningless wheight in choosing these days. Take the 1050Ti, since it's the better card.

The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.

You shouldn't really care about a GPU bottlenecking a CPU. On the other hand, since games utilize the GPU more than the CPU and you wouldn't want your GPU to be bottlenecked by your CPU, do you?

You can get a GPU now and upgrade the CPU later. Have you considered a RX 470, just a bit price than the 1050Ti after the price drop.
