ASUS MG279Q - Expected EOL?

I want to buy this monitor but don't have enough money to buy at the moment.

I am worried that during the time that I am saving up money, it will be marked EOL. And then I wouldn't be able to buy the perfect monitor for me anymore... (because it's an older model)

How long do ASUS's monitors usually last until EOL? Has there been an announced EOL I can find somewhere?

It wouldn't be marked EOL unless it was replaced by a newer monitor with the same specs or better.

I would assume that they're going to replace it with a model with a better freesync range.
