My Build idea.

i am planing to have this build any tips or recommendations? i5-6600, asus 170 e, msi gtx 1060 6gb, CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3000, 750 power supply, 100gb ssd and 1tb hard drive i already have a Elite 430 Black case.

you cant oc on a 6600 so theres no point in a z170 board. dominator plats are horribly overpriced and barely contribute to fps. get cheaper ram and spend the money on a 6600k. which specific 750w psu?

1. Get a i5-6600K. Spend the extra $10.

2. See you have a Z170 board already.

3. DOMINATOR PLATINUMS ARE SO UNECESSARY.  Just get normal RAM.

4. Add in specifics for PSU, SSD, and HDD.

For your current build, you probably don't need to go as high as 750W PSU. I wouldn't go lower than a 400W though. Just make sure you go with a reputable brand like Corsair, EGVA, or Seasonic.

so just get CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 and buy a i5 6600k

Get a 6600K but not 300MHz RAM makes little to no difference.

550W-ish PSU

Saved money --> larger SSD and a CPU cooler (Cryorig H7)
