Sadly the pro4s isn't avaliable at my place.

I'm still confused on which mobo is the best for the budget

Find the cheapest Z170 board in your area that supports DDR4 and you should be fine.

What is "your place"? Any B150 or H150 board will not be able to take advantage of you getting a 6600"K'' So go with any z170 board so you can overclock.

The 6600k is a really good cpu without overclocking but it isnt at its full potential without a z170 board

ah i forgot that this was an mini atx build, thanks. I'll look for one that's fits my budget.
