If you're going to overclock, get a Z board.

I replaced the Mobo with a z170 board so you can overclock.

Sadly the pro4s isn't avaliable at my place.

I'm still confused on which mobo is the best for the budget

What is "your place"? Any B150 or H150 board will not be able to take advantage of you getting a 6600"K'' So go with any z170 board so you can overclock.
