Is the cpu not okay? and what's wrong with the psu?

CSM is overpriced adn you dont need the wattage. Overclocking is out of the budget if you have to go for a 750ti. you should at least get a 470 with a 4690K

i'd recommend an rx 480/gtx 1060 and an ssd. psu is decent enough that you don't have to upgrade it(your setup won't stress it anyways). look for a hynix sl308 or crucial mx300 for your ssd. don't need to upgrade your cpu, its still very good for gaming.

don't buy that gpu new when you can buy a much better option for less of a price with more vram. That version of the CX series is a bomb, make sure you get a better one. If you are buying all these parts new, why not just go for the newer less expensive parts?

What do you mean by a bomb? and because I'm being given some of the parts.

the corsair CX was never a bomb, just a unit for budget pcs. and that psu is a corsair CS, not a CX.

its not a psu that's gonna blow up, don't worry about it. can't find a review of the 750w model so here's the 550w review http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=366

You could be helped better by listing what parts you're intending to buy and which ones you have/are being given.

CPU: AMD Sempron 2400+ / MOBO: Abit NF7-S2G / GPU: WinFast A180BT 64MB / RAM: Mushkin DDR333 256MBx2 / HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 120GB

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/8bnjWX You can downgrade some things and add a ssd. Or you can save a little more and buy one later.
