Can't remove device administrator

For some reason I let me deactivate it and. I uninstalled it, it crashed when I tried to deactivate it before.

This happened on my s5 as well but I can't remove the app AutoMate, the android auto for people who don't have a compatible car, first things first, it is a device admin but when I click on the app it just says com.android.settings stopped working, it also does this in safe mode. I am on the LG G5 with android 6.0.1 Verizon. The app on my s5 that did the exact same thing was arrow launcher from Microsoft
