High CPU Load

Hey guys I have an HTC 10 it runs super quick but lately its been lagging hard so I checked cpu-z and my cpu load never drops from 45% and goes up to 80% sometimes I am not running anything I searched only for some fixes but cant find anything do you know of a fix?

RIG: CPU: i7-5930K 4.5GHz GPU: EVGA GTX 980 TI Superclocked 6GB RAM: 16GB DDR4 Motherboard: Msi X99S SLI Krait Edition Storage: 128GB SSD 2TB HDD
