Not sure for your mobo, but does your mobo have a extra power port on mobo for the PCIe slots? And check the manual for the proper slot config for SLI, so that you know what slots you should use. Could also try to do a fresh install fo Nvidia drivers. Just download latest, select manual install and choose the option for a fresh install.

The nvida drivers can't find the cards and won't even install :(

Go into your bios and try swapping your graphics adapter from igp to dGpu.

Took a screen cap from a video showing your mobo bios. Make sure these settings are correct:

Thank you very much for all your trouble but that didn't help either. I think I might need yo upgrad my pc as nothing is working. My mobo might be defective and I didn't know because this is the 1st time I've tried sli

His support SLI.

Anyway as I mentioned before how are your slots populated?

  1. 2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x16 (PCIEX16_1, PCIEX16_2)
    * For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16_1 slot; if you are installing two PCI Express graphics cards, it is recommended that you install them in the PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_2 slots.
  2. 2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x8 (PCIEX8_1, PCIEX8_2)
    * The PCIEX8_1 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX16_1 slot and the PCIEX8_2 slot with PCIEX16_2. The PCIEX16_1/PCIEX16_2 slot will operate at up to x8 mode when the PCIEX8_1/PCIEX8_2 is populated
  3. 2 x PCI Express x1 slots
(The PCI Express x1 slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
  4. 1 x PCI slot
