What GFX card?

Hey guys, I need some help with choosing a graphics card

 

Originally I was going to get the EVGA 1060 3GB, then I was told to get the 6GB, but in the end I forgot to tell them something

 

Heres what I plan building

 

CPU:

Intel i5 6500 3.2 GHz - $200

 

Motherboard:

Gigabyte GA-B150-DS3H Micro ATX LGA 1151 - $60

 

Memory:

Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 - 2133 - $42

 

Storage:

WD Blue Caviar 1 TB - $50

Kingston 120GB SSD - $45

 

GFX Card:

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB - $240

 

Case:

Corsair Spec 02 - $60

 

PSU:

Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power supply - $30

 

Total cost - $732

Now the thing is, I don't plan on doing 4k, my current monitor (the one I'll be using for a while) is a old (2010?) 1440 x 900 17" from HP, but I only plan to upgrade to a 1080p monitor, if I save the 50-60 on the graphics card I can use it to get a good 1080p monitor

Also what monitors do you recommend? (Nothing 4k)

I'd say that you should go for an rx 470. Why? Because you can use the money saved to get a freesync 1080p monitor. Personally I gotta disagree. 25 inches is very little for an ultrawide monitor. Also, that's about 200 usd which is an awful lot considering his budget.
