Upgrading build

Hi I just bought upgrades for my pc and I ran into a problem. All the led r fine besides the boot device led which stays on and its red. Any solutions?

I kept the cpu cooler, video card, case, and the HDD 1tb hard drive. Ssd is new.

Have you tried a different sata cable and a different sata port?

What are you trying to boot from? and can you get into BIOS?
