So I originally purchased the dawnguard and dragonborn DLC through an outside source so according to steam I dont have them but when I play I do. I purchased Skyrim and Hearthfire from steam. Is there a way for me to link the DLC to steam and make it official so I can get the remastered version for free? Thank you!

How did you apply it to steam in the first place? Activation key? Pirated?
