All I did was reset my PC, downloaded some necessary stuff to get started.

Downloaded LoL to play and tried out a bot match to see my fps/ping etc. My ping kept spiking to 200+ and it was really hard to play, before I reset my PC, it was always at around 21. Help don't know what to do.

Ping has nothin to do with windows. It's about yyour internet connectivity, and the server hosting.

Maybe your sister was on the wifi ? :P downloading some movies ?

Have you re-downloaded the Network Drivers from the manufacturer website? Also with a fresh install windows might be downloading stuff in the background.

I googled the name of my network thing (forgot the name) and I downloaded the zip file and got these files (don't know how to use them)

There should be an EXE version for most driver update. I would recommend going directly to the Manufacturers website and poke around there until you find it. If you know the exact Motherboard you have installed I might be able to help with a link.

If there isn't an exe this is how you manually update drivers:

My motherboard is asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 or something like that

Also, from that video, apparently my wifi driver is already updated.

Windows 10 32-bit - http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/lan/LAN_Realtek_V10_1_505_2015_Win10_S5_WOL.zip

Windows 10 64-bit - http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/lan/Realtek_LAN_V10_9_422_2016.zip

all the drivers can be found here https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_990FX_R20/HelpDesk_Download/

Those files contain a setup.exe just run that and should take you through the steps.

Yeah do a quick restart, see if that help with ping times.

Ok, after restarting I checked and it's still the same.

Also a question, why do I need to update the asus lan realtek thing if I'm using Qualcomm network wifi

Try a pingtest or bandwidthplace test. Are you hard wired via Ethernet cable or are you using WiFi?

listen, i don't know how this works....

I was uninstalling the driver and then I installed it back but I couldn't connect to any wifi networks, showed that my driver was disabled?? so what I did was I locked my account Windows+L button and I connected the wifi through there, I logged in and everything was working fine but the wifi icon on the taskbar looks like as if it's plugged in through ethernet cable, I'm like - what?

im confused.

If nothing is automatically updating in the background and you still have 200+ ping.. someone is using up most of your bandwidth in the house. Try doing a test when it's just you, home alone. Also if possible you can hide your networks SSID and ensure you have a secure password so your neighbors don't use your internet. @FlawlessKasper
