So I am building my first computer and I feel slightly overwhelmed with all the option I have. Was wandering if anyone had any helpful advise to help me get started. I want to use the computer for gaming and Vidieo recording of game play for a YouTube lets play, as well as streaming though twitch.

Thank you this is a great help. Looks like I have been kinda on the right track. How did you figure out what power supply would work ?

Find reviews on the parts like the GPU.  Pick a good quality PSU and make sure the 12v rail delivers enough power.

The GTX 1070 is roughly drawing 175W at load.  The M12ii 520W has split rails, two.  Each rail delivers 240W.  The GPU would have a rail to itself.
