Windows 8 on amazon

Found a OEM copy of windows 8 on amazon for £18, think it's legal/legit or should I pass. Seller has a 94% rating

but honestly you can get a windows 10 OEM from kinguin for 25 euros, I got my key after 2 minutes of purchase and it is working fine. Windows 10 is better in my opnion
