Memory clock OC doesnt work with VBIOS modding

Im trying to implement my stable overclock to the vbios of my 840m, and while clock speed and voltage does stick (and also max temp target), but memory clock and the actual temp target did not

I also noticed that at default, the bios showed 900mhz on memory clock while actually it was only 850mhz
Is there any way I can modifiy this?

You're definitely entering the memory clock correctly? 

 

Maybe the memory clock can't be overwritten in the BIOS. 

 

(And despite what some people are inevitably going to say, overclocking mobile chips is great)

Yes, Im pretty sure that I entered it correctly

And the behavior is known by other users of the sane gpu as well, so Im hoping that someone might know something related to this
