Problem while installing terraria

try switching download servers. If you have a VPN or a Proxy, disable those.

First of all this is a fresh OS install and using steam.

Problem: when it reaches 99% it doesn't finish the download, start the install nor the next download, it just sits there trying to download something else. If I pause the download and restart it again it starts from 0%. No error windows at all.

It only happens with terraria, other games install just fine.
