CTRL + 1,2,3 not working

When i try to press Ctrl +1,2 and +3 my computer is not recognizing it. I am able to press Ctrl+4,5,6.... and it works fine. I am using a Corsair K60 mechanical keyboard. There is no special software with keyboard.  My system is:

 

GPU :    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
CPU :    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory :    8.00 GB RAM (7.96 GB usable)
Current resolution :    1920 × 1080, 144 Hz
Operating system :    Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
 

I also have  a Corsair Scimitar mouse and Void headset. Those of course use the Corsair Utility Engine which is up to date. 

 

I noticed the problem while playing World of Warcraft toady. After restarting the game and computer the problem persisted. I then tried the same commands in Chrome. The Ctrl+1,2,3.... shortcut in chrome should pull up the corresponding tab. Again Ctrl +1,2,3 doesn't work but Ctrl +4,5,6... does. I have also tried using a different keyboard and I am having the same problem.

 

Any suggestions on what to look for would be greatly appreciated.

I had an identical issue yesterday. The solution was to disable all nvidia processes, or uninstall gerforce experience. Apparently there's a bug in the newest driver

 

I ALSO first noticed the bug in WoW today. So i assume the glitch hits you if you play wow, and have nvidia share/shadowplay enabled, and maybe a 3rd factor

I uninstalled the G-Force Experience and restarted my computer and that solved the issue. Thank you for your assistance.
