Hi I was wandering will this build Max out any game thrown at it at 1080p? (1 game in particular I'm wanting maxed out is Black Desert Online)

I was also thinking about overclocking the graphics card and CPU was wandering if this PSU is fine for it.

Change that PSU to a CX55M to drive down costs more.
