Is there anything I should know, before I buy and build in this case?

Depends on what you plan on doing with it.

For water cooling, so do you need to check radiator width, as bottom+front+side dont accept all sizes.

Else there is not much I can think off.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

Watercooling with a single 60mm 480rad in push/pull and probably a 60mm 240rad in pull

Put the 480mm in roof and 240mm in bottom, so should you not have any problems.
