Batman Arkham Knight problems...

So I bought Batman Arkham Knight and found that it's only using 40-50% of my GPU.

 

I have a GTX 1070 and an Intel i5 4590 so it is more than enough to run it at max settings at 75fps (Which is my refresh rate of my monitor).

 

When I'm playing, the temperature of my GPU only goes up to 55 degrees since only a small percentage of my gpu performance is used.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Turn off gimpworks settings.  Particularly the interactive fog and papers.

90-100% at 65 degrees... It's the only thing that's being properly used...

Batman Arkham Knight is very top heavy. If you have some GameWorks settings on, that might affect performance significantly.
