Hey guys.

I need a new laptop, or tablet with keyboard for school. I'm looking at a 250-500$ budget.

I've looked at some things like old surfaces, and the HP Pavillion x2, and both seem pretty ideal but I'm not sure.

I'd like it to be a tablet, or at least a folldable laptop which can be used with a stylus.

I need a good keyboard.

Last, I want it to be decently powerful, but I'm not quite sure what that means... I'll be doing lower performance tasks, like web browsing, majority of the time. I will also be using this computer to write code. Last, the two things I'm less sure about - I'll be using it to do simple GFX (nothing to fancy, but I still need it to render in a reasonable amount of time), and possibly some CAD for engineering. I don't have to use it for CAD - I have a good computer at home, and the school provides desktops to use while in my Engineering class, but it would be nice. If I do use it for CAD, I'll be using Creo.

Thanks in advance :)^_^

Maybe something like the Asus VivoBook E403SA would do the trick. The price range your looking to buy within is fairly limiting.

Thanks. The VivoBook doesn't fold does it? And I'm aware :/ Sorry about that.

It doesn't turn in to a tablet but the Dell e7240 can be found, loaded, for under $500.  I owned a few of these and they were wonderful. Looks great, feels great, ran great.
