Just get a i7 6700K. Get another Titan XP to SLI instead.

EDIT: Wow, already saw that you were gunning for two anyway. Just stick with my first point.

This seems like a " dream build thread " which I believe is against the rules, but here's the most overkill PC I can think of.

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/7bdkD8

I7 6950X ( dispite the fact its one of the worst price/performance cpus ever )

1X 850 Pro (1tb)

1X 850 Evo (1tb)

Titan pascal SLI

AX1500I ( why not, complete overkill with titanium cetification lmao )

edit : left the case blank so you can pick it. Any full tower should support this stuff.

I'm actually in luck being that my job (family company) needs to have a PC at home that can make 3D models I made an agreement to split the cost half by me half by my company as long as it's available for use when ever the 3D programs are needed so my "dream built" will become a reality =D

I would opt for a X99 build then. Not with the i7 6950X because that's criminally overpriced (thanks capitalism).

Seeing how you're using this for 3D modelling, you should benefit from a 4K monitor. If you're a competitive gamer, I would be looking at some 1440p 144-165Hz options.

I'm actually upgrading my 5960X to 6950X.  Go for the CPU horsepower if you can afford it and if you think you have a need.

I'm also upgrading to ASUS X99 Deluxe II so I can increase my RAM to 128GB (3200 MHz DDR4 when I do the changeover - and yes I need it).

Don't skimp on the cooling block.  Cuplex Kryos Silver Edition (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/15714/ex-blc-1096/Aquacomputer_Cuplex_Kryos_XT_Series_-_925_Silver_Edition_-_Socket_LGA_2011_21587.html)

As for all the talk of capitalism, I would skip the Titan X's and put the money into 1080's running in SLI.

And ditch the rust - go all SSD and include at least one M.2  (JMO)
