Speakers and Headset problem

Im adding a speaker to my pc setup but as it runs through aux, I cant use my headset without having to unplug the speaker. Is there like a Aux splitter than will allow me to connect multiple aux cables and pass them into one aux port

My front panel connectors for the mic and sound dont seem to be working even though the USB ports do

Sure, you can get jack splitter cables. 

 

But assuming you plug your headset into the front jacks, you could probably just switch between the speakers and the headset in your audio driver.

Open up your case and check if your front panel audio (usually just says HD AUDIO) cable(s) is (are) plugged into your mobo

I had a quick check and it is plugged in correctly but Im just going to go with the splitter idea.
