using mouse on phone through pc.

so i have phone connected to pc. i have a mouse also connected to pc. i want to use the mouse on the phone but i need to add the pc between because i dont have otg on my phone. i want the show touches thing show where the mouse is pointed on the phone screen(more explanation on the pic). sorry if you dont understand because i dont know how to explain this wery understandably!
