There are at least 1.370 google results on that error code alone. In my experiance, there are several ways to fix an error, and the first option will never work. Considering the lack of other information, I suggest you try google first, and if it then still can't be fixed, tell us what you tried, and what the results were...

I happened upon this error recently. Or something like it. I tried "New", then "Format", and it gave me that. So I deleted it... then got frustrated and rebooted it and for some reason the install environment seemed better (it was outputting in a higher resolution and was snappier), then it would let me use my SSD.

 

I dunno if that'll work, but that's what happened to me.
