The 960 is the better card.

When it comes to NVIDIA, the bigger the number, the better.

950's have no place in anyone's build. They are more expensive than the 750ti but provide a minimal performance boost, and are so much worse than the 960's.

Example: A gt710 isn't better then a 690.
