Certainly,i need monitor that cost around $200 and have 23-27 inch wide and have a thin bezel.If possible it have ultrawide or curved monitor.Can you guys recommend me??

Ultrawide and curved is impossible with that price range

 

This one has IPS and the bezel looks thin for me

I got my 27 inch dell 1080p monitor at salvation army for 9$. Check local used stores and Craigslist.
