Generally, for my French friends I always give them a link of a video I made on how to build a 900€ gaming PC, but since I don't know where you live, I'll quickly make a PCPartPicker list and just edit this post, give me 5minutes...

Edit: There you go, not sure if should have added keyboard or not, but here you go: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1R7UT

The keyboard is pretty much up to you, i like the corsair ones personally

Make sure you have not already used the windows 7 disc, as you can only use the disc once

you spend too much on cpu ,psu and mobo and its a gaming pc so pick a better gpu lol. a r9 280X or 770 brings more performance than a K cpu . or drop from the mobo couse even the cheapest z87 is good for OC.thats why its z87

In none of these rigs do I see a network adapter or sound card. Are they necessary?

Not too sure what you mean by network adapter, but if you mean wifi, i would just use wired.

Sound cards are by no means necessary. The only reason you would want a soundcard is for sound editing, or for audio freaks. Integrated sounds are fine.

No, they now come onboard the motherboard.

Is the display part of the budget or do you already have one?
