Case Fans

Hello people, i want to buy 2 fans ( 1 intake and 1 for exhaust ) my chasis is Xigmatek Midgard 1.I thought to get 1 140mm intake Enermax T.B silence and for exhaust Be Quiet Pure Wings 2.

Im not sure if i want a fan with rpm higher than 1500 ( it gets too loud for me )

My MoBo is a Gigabyte P55-Us3L rev 1. ( i know its old enough )and this is my problem, i can install only 3pin fans ( since it got 1 pwm on which is connected my cpu cooler fan )

All i want is a fan with good cfm at 1500max rpm.( dont suggest noctua please, i know they are the best but i dont will to pay 20+euro per item.

Just so you know, you can plug a PWM fan in a non-PWM header too.

But the point of PWM is lost if 3pin is connected into 4pin header.Anyway are the fans im thinking to get any good ?

Let's just say I have no opinion on them. In my opinion, if a cheap product has any functions or features that require extra effort or investment to make, it's going to be crap. The money has to come from somewhere, be it longevity, performance or build quality, I'd never compromise any of it just to get flashy lights or shiny surfaces. 

Any time my customers won't go for something expensive like Corsair or Noctua i suggest Fractal Design SS R3.

By having a fast look at their pricing in my country i noticed that the 140mm is close to 20euro ( 18 to be exact ) so should i go for 2x120mm ? Sorry if im getting annoying,im just tired of having a turbo jet noise every time i start my pc 

 

EDIT: nvm the 20euro 140mm i mentioned before.Found them with 2euro higher than the 120mm Thank you very much for your help,im gonna go with those and will update when they'll get installed

If I would be you I would buy these new Corsair ML series fans with magnetic levitation bearings instead of standard ones.

As i said in the first post my options were Pure Wings 2 140mm front ( intake ) and 120mm (exhaust) and @Naeaes suggested the Fractal Design SS R3.Let me get clear on this.I dont care if its fancy/non LED/RGB i dont care, as long as they get the job done without getting me a headache.

 

@michalj82 Again as i said i wont gonna pay 20+euro for a single fan,doesnt matter how great it is.

 

All i want is to get decent 2 fans which can keep providing good airflow in my case ( Xigmatek Midgard 1 ). 

So for now im between Be quiet pure wings 2 and Fractal design SS R3.

You actually mentioned getting 120mm PW2's and a 140mm T.B. Silence.

PW2's are better than R3's. PW2's can also get quieter than Slipstreams but don't move as much air.

So should i go with PW2 140 & 120 mm ? 

And one more question i got this Fan Controller which was included in the case but not connected ( or at least i never botherd connecting it ),and my question is, is it able to control 3pin fans ? Thanks for all replies i just want to be sure what and how to do,get it done at once and correctly.

PW2's are good. Slipstreams aren't too far off and are cheaper though. 

That fan controller would have no issue controlling any 12v fan with a standard 2, 3 or 4pin connector.
