You would be using the reset option built into the windows 10 OS, not reinstalling from a third source like CD or USB so it will simply use your current activation key. If your current key is accepted then that won't change after the reset. If your current key is not accepted, then well.. it's not accepted even now so again nothing changes; your activation status stays whatever it is now.
