Hey, I'm going to build my first PC :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I'm very excited about it as you can see. So here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/WcbLyf

How is it? It'll be used for playing games like COD, CSGO, Overwatch, Far Cry Primal, Tomb Raider, GTA V, and more, all while running Fraps, and occasionally OBS. Is that okay? Or will I not be able to do that... I also will be doing light video editing for a YouTube channel. How is it? I won't be overclocking either. Everything is good, right?

I'd really recommend an i5 since you'll be doing video editing. It's gonna take so much less time. But hey, whatever floats your boat. The rest looks good :D

WOW OMG that's the wrong link sorry! Someone in a different forum asked for a $500 PC so that was the link I put here. I'll edit the original post. Here's my actual PC: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/WcbLyf

Yeah, I'd go for an i5 too. Definitely go for an SSD, though, and please please please get a better PSU.

Agree, as a norwegian we have no idea about seasonic. And yeah, get an ssd, please, it's gonna be sooooo good. 100~ gb space should be enough for the os and some games, but get a harddrive too if you can stretch it.   Edit: Didn't update xD

Oy your build looks really nice, but please don't get a reference cooler. That's just what i think, but they make a lot of noise and their temps aren't good either.

I feel like an idiot, but I keep hearing the word "reference".... What does that mean? The definition doesn't help me out with this... I'm still new to the world of PCs. I was going to get a Cryorig H7, but I took it out. Should I put it back in?

The reference cooler is the cooler on the graphics card. It is the standard cooler on it which will make a lot of noise and you will most probably be displeased. The CPU you are buying will include a cooler but it should last you for a while. If you don't like the noise from the CPU cooler you can swap it later, which you cannot on the GPU (easily). So i'd recommend the msi cooler or something as long as it isn't a grapics card with one fan

I heard that MSI has terrible customer service so I've been trying to avoid them. Is it really as bad as people say?
