I would recommend you getting only 1 1080 because I've heard that SLI doesn't scale very well or get 2 1080's. Also I would recommend just getting 1 large SSD so everything is on one drive.

Not 100% sure,but I remember reading that the Home version is very restrictive as to what you can do,so Pro would be the only one to use.

So I did two options, one is the enthusiast bang for the buck (Best parts around but not overkill) and the other is the max budget overkill one. Did color themes you can see but just random cause you didn't mention one.
