PC cannot power on

My PC suddenly lags so I turned it off and it can't be power on again. PSU always spark when I switch on my home plug. The psu fan is still working but pc can't be power up. Currently using Corsair HX750i PSU

Hmm, is the PSU under warranty? I would consider RMAing it. It sounds like something blew inside of the PSU / shorted out.

Yes, is under warranty. But did it damaged my other components ?

You would have to get another PSU to test your other components, boot into Windows and stress test them

Misty of the time, yes the PSU will damage other things. Had a client lose A MB, x2 sticks RAM, and a GPU.  you'll need a new PSU to test.
