Mafia 3 Stop working / SSE4 instruction

Hey,

I can't launch my newly installed Mafia 3.. I have a Phenom processor .. and I heard that Mafia 3 required SSe4.1 and above instructions in order to run, and my CPU has only SSe3 to SSe4a. Is this true? Please confirm .. thanks in advance..

 

here is my full specs

AMD Phenom X6 1090T

Sapphire R9 270x Toxic 2GB

8GB Kinston HyperFury RAM

its true , but that is such an odd requirement for a game to have :(
