RC rally tuning

So I was just wondering, I have a HPI Sprint 2 Sport and I want to convert it to a rally car. I'd like to know how to set up the suspension to do this, as well as what tires I should use, and anything else I might need. Just to let you know, these are its electronics:

-27t motor w/ 20t pinion & 90t Spur

-Traxxas 2056 servo

-5000 mah LiPo battery

-Tamiya TEU-105BK ESC

Yeee.

OP you can either move the suspension all the way to the highest hole which you will need to change the springs or oil weight. Or you can get taller shocks, all terrian wheels, and raise/cut the body

OP you can either move the suspension all the way to the highest hole which you will need to change the springs or oil weight. Or you can get taller shocks, all terrian wheels, and raise/cut the body

I guess it depends on what your doing for oil weight. As the holes in the shocks also are different on onroad vs off road cars. Rally isn't too extreme but for big jumps I would want the most travel while still getting decent rebound rates that aren't springy or lazy. You could get some proline badlands for some decent wheels. Are you racing on tracks or bashing?

Just keeping this here as a Rally isn't too extreme but for big jumps I would want the most travel while still getting decent rebound rates that aren't springy or lazy. You could get some proline badlands for some decent wheels. Are you racing on tracks or bashing? 

Mostly just bashing. I don't do very many big jumps with the slash I already have, just little stuff.
