*Not american or british and english is a bit rust so hope this is understandable

Ok, in all my effort alone to fix this problem i have had 0 luck in finding a working soulution to this problem. it happend after an event called the gathering in norway easter 2016, so here's the deal:

My computer opperates as normal but all the software in the computer is fucked up, i start chrome after i get home (at least thats how i remember the first encounter) from the event and when i open it i try to text in a website the problem is it does not work, it only says google.com and i cannot write anything there its locked, only way i can type in a website is opening a new tab then it unlocks, but thats not the only problem. when the new tab is opend and i try to go back to the first by pressing the tab the tab closes(like it would if you clicked it with middle mouse button). Ok pretty annoying, and also origin(the game launcher) works ok but all popups in the programs are unclickable, unless i ctrl+alt+del+cancel  then i can press the cross and the popup will close. Only problem is that when a new popup comes up it has the same problem(srsly....). and last annoying problem is battle.net launcher, evrything there is unclickable, no response at all. last place i can think of problems is that icons on the desktop is unmovable they are like stuck to their place you can hold them and see them move but will stick to the spot they are at(new files can still be saved to the desktop and can be ctrl+x'ed out of there, but not moveable). the only things that seem to work are steam wich work flawlessly aswell as the standard internet explorer from windows 7 think it is the one with no ad-ons because i cant search on google in the website bar(dont really know what its called for me its the searchbar, just the top where you put in websites and have standard searchengine)

ok thats the problem heres what ive tried:

-switched mouse and keyboard (to eliminate the middlemouseclick thing in chrome wich it was apperently not)

-reinstalled all drivers (mouse,keyboard,motherboard,gpu)

-switched to usb 2,3 back and forth on all devices plugged in

-tried diffrent internets (this one is kinda dumb, but i have moved so just another eliminator)

- tried turning it off and on a lot of times x)

-tried it in safe mode

-tried system repair(have a windows that was not preinstalled so no standard recovery just the startup thing)

-tried taking out the motherboard battery to reset it

-x amonts of malware/antivirus scans (used malwarebytes, and microsoft security essentials)

things i have not tried:

-reinstalling windows(currently have no windows avavible)

- swapping hard drives

*one time the problem dissapeared was when i had to download the newest gpu driver for battlefield 1 beta and i launched it and after i closed it evrything worked......but after i restarted the pc the problem was back and never went away.... tried reinstalling gpu driver after this and it is still there.....

current specs on my computer are:

Motherboard: fatl1ty z77 proffesional

Processor: Intel 3770k

Graphics card: evga k|ngp|n (kingpin) gtx 980

Ram: Corsaird Dominator 2400hz 4x4GB

Harddrives: 120gb ssd kingston, 1Tb segate (unsure of model)

powersupply: 1000w silwerstone

Soundcard: asus xonar phoebus

mouse: zowie fk2 with a broken mouswheel (other mouse tried was a brand new zowie ec2)

keyboard: qpad mk85

Headset: Astro A50

Monitor: Benq g2450HM running hdmi

OK think i got most of it now i srsly need help before i go insane!

Not sure whether I have the same problem here. Right-click menus only show the surroundings, no clickable content, the file explorer is disgustingly slow and applications sometimes only renew their surface when I drag them around on the desktop. Stuff like the steam 2 way authorizer window doesn't even appear and for example the detail-window of files is completely transparent with only the borders showing.

All this appeared when I upgraded to the Win10 anniversary update.

What's your OS?

My OS is windows 7, i kinda have this business windows i got from a guy so didnt get the offer to get windows 10 :p, one could think that could cause an issue but ive had this pc since 2013 and havent had a problem untill now, and my brother who was at the same event and has the exact same specs and programs does not have this issue so kinda weird :S
