Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

 

I keep getting a pop-up that says Visual C# Command Line Compiler had stopped working. This started after I went into the BIOS and just looked through it. Once I booted it up, it immediately popped up and it keeps popping up. I will attach a screenshot. I am running a Toshiba Satellite A665-S6086 with a i3-370m and Intel HD Graphics. It has Windows 7 Home Premium
