Windows Anniversary issue or elsewhere?

Hi. Before Windows Anniversary i had installed 368.69 drivers. After AU update they dont change why? AU have 2.1 WDDM. My 368.69 are WDDM 2.0 , so why they wasnt updated?

 

 

And now i have fps drops in GTA V with core clock drops. Card is Gtx 1080. Is this because of that drivers or issue is elsewhere?

Windows Anniversary Update has trashed everyone's PC's, and every time I come on, I see 2 articles on the update saying something is wrong. Nothing is wrong with your drivers. Its something wrong with Windows itself.
