AIO cpu cooler

Can anyone recommend me a good AIO cpu cooler ?

240 mm rad or a 360 mm rad.

Trying to find a use for all  the space at the front of my case which is a Fractal Design Define S.

Also what would be the best config for the fans.

was thinking more along the lines of push pull or something like that

Another question, what kind of fans should I buy to maximize air flow through the radiator ?
