Windows 10 memory problems

Hi

 

So my windows 10 updated and now i have a terrible memory problem, after a few hours of use, i go back to idle desktop, my ram can still be at like 70-80% use, I have checked the programs and the maths don't add up.

So 2 to 3 times a day I am forced to reboot. Current  OD build is 14393.222

 

Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

Also as a side note, the same update corrupted my laptop, a Acer Aspire V15 Nitro - Black Edition VN7-591

after the update the machine would lockup after about 30 seconds of loading the desktop.

I was forced to reinstall the OS, it would not even let me repair.
