Kenji the Uke

I KNOW THERE ARE BETTER, NEWER CARDS OUT THERE! This is strictly speaking between these two cards.

.w. Would it be an improvement over the 760? By how much?

it would be quite the improvement

a 7990 is two 7970s

a 7970 is a 280x

so think dual 280x's vs a 760.

Smallsnor: Huawei Matebook X

i just splitscreen both of the spec sheets and found that the 7990 has 3x the gddr5. That will help a lot.

lower base clock, but the can be messed with, a few hundred less "cores", not a biggish difference.....

I'd say go for it!

Then again I've never owned an AMD card so

I'm kinda in the blue about all that.

A single 280x is noticably worse than a 760.. But it is two of dem..
