Windows tablet help?

Hello everyone, so my laptop just got fried. I tried everything but my motherboard and cpu is fried so I might as well get a new laptop or tablet. I need a tablet or laptop that can run csgo at 800x600 at 30 fps. I do not want anything high end since I will have this for 1 year max. Still any recommendations? If you need to know here is what I want it to do:

 

run office apps and chrome at a stable rate. No constant crashing of apps.

 

The ability to have 2 applications open like Spotify and 2 chrome tabs.

 

and of course run csgo at 800x600 at 30fps average.

Really? CS GO at that resolution? Are you playing with bots?

I have a 5th gen laptop (i3 5005u) and its integrated gpu can run cs go 20-30 fps at 1366x768

I'm somehow silver elite and my old laptop (hp 15 with celeron n2830) held up fine

For that low pirce I suggest refurb or used. Windows 7 is fine for you?

An old bulky windows 7 refurb can have an i7. What screen size?
