Ok, so every once and a while, usually while I'm just watching videos (though that doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem) my screen will sort of hiccup. It looks like the image will get jumbled and fix itself in less than .1 seconds. I can't find a way to fix this, nor what seems to be causing it. I make sure that all of the drivers are up to date. I haven't yet replaced the HDMI cable that I'm using to connect to the PC, but that's just cause I haven't got a spare right now to use if you guys think I should try that next let me know and I'll swap around some cables. I haven't found a way to replicate the problem so it might take some time to figure out if its fixed so bare with me.

Sounds like artifacting maybe. Do you have a GPU overclock?
