ESXi pfSense Network Setup Issue

Hey guys,

 

I've been beating my head in for 2 days over this and I cannot get it to work.  I'm fairly experienced with vmware and networking.  However this has me stumped.  I've followed every tutorial and tips and tricks and nothing has worked. Currently I have the WAN coming in on em0 and LAN on em1.  Pictures below -->
