No Power connector needed

w 2 wd GREEN 4TB drives (Maxing at 4.5. watts Each.

CPU 45
Current GPU 75 MAX
HDD 9 total

So Im using 129 of my 240 Available Watts Right now ( At Max Load)

MY options are a 750 Ti (Equivalent or Less Power draw)
an 950 GTX (Slightly more - 90w vs 75)
a (1050) not out yet (Equivalent or Less Power draw)
or a 1060??? (120W???)

for a total load of 174 out of 240? Is that cuting it way too close???
This PSU is > 94% Efficient

Thanks for your time!

You will also want a little overhead on top of that and to account of inefficiencies so I would say it's still good as long as you don't have a power hungry GPU or overclock the GPU too much.
