Hey guys! let's make this small.I had a conversation with @Delons about servers.(as you know many game servers are here owned by him). (he suggested me to post it here!)

 

I also want to host a game server on linus tech tips forum. i will decide later that which game i will host.

first of all,i will only host one server. Then slowly slowly i will make more.

 

Now,i've never built a server for games. I don't know anything about,How to install the game,how to stuff. So i pretty much need help here! what should i do? 

 

Answers with full details would be really really appreciated.And you could also suggest which game i could use.Please help me! and don't worry about the money. let's keep it aside for a moment.

You need to pick what game first.

nah.. i will totally buy a new internet connection in a month or just in January. but..... which game(s) should i pick?
