Vertical Laptop stand?

I'm looking for a vertical laptop stand for my 2015 X1 Carbon at work.   Anyone know any good laptop docks that aren't designed for mac books?

 

Depth is 0.65". a macbook pro is about 0.70" so a macbook dock would work right?

 

I'm looking for somothing like this that doesnt take up a whole lot of room.
