Hello

Im after a cheap but reliable keyboard and mouse and also after a monitor that is at least 23 inches. im on a tight budget, the budget is around $400 australian dollars.

g502 is what I recommend for a mouse. This may take a little more of the money ratio than wanted.

What you want to look for with a monitor is an IPS display and 5ms/lower response time.

^'frameless' so adding 1 or 2 would suit a multi monitor setup

^unless you want 144hz I don't see why you should be spending more more than $210 on a 23-24" 60Hz monitor
