GPU Graphic bug

Just have a question. I just got my GPU back from getting a fan fixed and wanted to try out "The Crew" because Ubisoft gave it for free and decided i'd give it a shot. Loaded it up and couldnt play it. Just thought it was the game itself until today I wanted to play H1Z1 and then this happened. H1Z1 http://imgur.com/a/JoF3F ... (same thing happened in The Crew) after I saw this I uninstalled and redownloaded thinking it would fix it; and it didn't. Then i started checking out other games on my Steam and found that Black Ops 3 http://imgur.com/a/aP1EM has the same thing. but only a couple of the games do this. I don't know if its just how graphically demanding it is or something but Fallout 4, CS:GO, Rocket League they work fine. Just wanting confirmation before I send it back.

Do you have another PC? Test your GPU if you do.
