i don't think there is any risk, b/c data is still going to be on the ssd, it would just copy some things to RAM to make it faster, if there is a power loss then it will re put them on there as cache, so u have no risk of actually losing any data, i think what he means is if u move items to RAM and its on there instead of the SSD then on power loss it will be gone, but with Rapid Mode it just caches it, so its just like cleaning ur cache its clears it then re caches it if needed

 

but just like any, like working in a word document and any open files will result in a loss of data, but file wise u should not lose anything

While the cache is suppose to flush itself out and designed that way prevent data loss it's not a 100% guarantee but the likelihood is low however still possible.
